I would only ask that as a premier agent of intellectual dissemination in Afghanistan, Mr Sulaiman please not take for granted the veracity of wikipedia entries on Israel, the Israel-Gaza War, and anything having to do with Zionism. These entries are NOT outcomes of open input from multiple points of view. They are agenda driven and heavily monitored by those who have an agenda to drive. They should at the very least, be asterisked as biased and problematic. Recently, a co owner of wikipedia publicly stated that the Israel-Gaza War entry would be frozen due to unauthorized activity on the account. The data you shared shows all terrorist attacks in Europe since 1970, mostly carried out by European separatist groups like IRA (Ireland) and ETA (Basque/Spain). Other groups include the Corsican nationalists (French), Red Brigades (Italian), RAF (German), Nov. 17 (Greek), FLNC (Corsican separatists).
Using unrelated statistics to generalize about a whole nationality is misleading. The dataset does not track attacker nationality, so it cannot be used to claim anything about Afghans.
The one above speaks to only the terrorists attacks in France. To dissasociate Afghans from Terrorists is like disassociating ISIS From Terrorists.
The ideology behind the attacks shows this to be true. There may fifty three muslim states but only one Quran. A Majority of Muslims adhere to the teachings of the Quran and its doctrines. I have seen this first hand with friends and family.
This is not Ireland with the IRA or the Republican army. Quebec with the FLQ versus Canada. The Basque Liberation front with Spain.
Aside with the IRA transporting its war to England and working with the PLO, the Irish did not take its war to global heights. The Irish did not want to conquer the globe.
