Pffff........Imminent creation of another Islamic theocratic state? If the Lebanese government does not put its act together, this is what will happen. To Israel it does not make much difference, I guess. Israel has anyway to fight Hezbollah. But for Lebanese people - moderate Muslims, Christians, Druze it will make a huge difference, a very sad and frightening one.
