Well done, well done, well done. Individualism is an undiscussed topic in many cultures, as is questioning and critical thinking of anything. I have found through my experience as an educator teaching inside prisons that people WILL rise to the occasion - the ability to do critical thinking is an innate skill that people, I believe, actually enjoy using - but it needs to be exercised and practiced. Without citizens able and willing to exercise this skill, societies cannot continuously move forward and solve important problems. They will remain tribal. And the rationale for individualism also need to be explored. How in the world did you come across (or create) this opportunity???? I'd be interested in doing something like this myself, or finding more opportunities for you or others to do this.
